Three Lockwood FFA students were selected for participation in summer leadership academies. Lucas Eggerman will be attending "Helping Youth Maximize their Agricultural Experience" (HYMAX) where he will connect with other freshman agriculture students across Missouri. These FFA members will receive hands‐on experiences in communication, leadership, and advocacy for the agricultural industry.
Miles Neely and Annie Neely were both selected as two of the top 30 sophomores in Missouri and will attend the Missouri Agribusiness Academy (MAbA) The 2024 MAbA class will tour agribusinesses, explore educational opportunities, and meet with agricultural leaders across the state. MAbA is a highly competitive leadership academy with a rigorous application and interview process to be considered for selection.
