General information:
Lockwood schools will be taking bids to replace old heat pumps in the elementary, two rooftop units above elementary cafeteria and two units serving the elementary gym. To bid you must be able to tie in with our thermostats and our automated system. We have used C n C out of Springfield to install that system last year. This work will need to be completed prior to August 1st.
Heat Pumps:
Replace 6 water source to air heat pumps in elementary building
Removal of old heat pumps
Cafeteria AC units:
Two 5 ton air conditioning units that serve the elementary cafeteria
Removal of old units
Elementary gym:
Replace the two 10 ton gas pack units that serve the elementary gym.
Removal of old equipment
Bid Pricing:
Please break out your bid pricing between the 3 projects.
Bids need to include working with appropriate people to connect units with our automated system and matching thermostats.
