The Lockwood Parents as Teachers group took a field trip to Country Roads Family Fun Farm in Stotts City on Monday, September 20. Fourty-nine children and adults enjoyed the indoor and outdoor equipment, hay maze, corn crib, hay mountain slides, bounce house, barrel train ride, petting zoo, bounce pillow, hay wagon ride, and pumpkin patch. They learned about sunflowers and pumpkins, listened to a book about pumpkins, and did a pumpkin craft. The kids even got to choose a pumpkin to take home!
