HS Basketball Update:
Due to weather, we are postponing tonight’s game against Diamond to tomorrow night. It will still be senior night starting with JV at 6:00 followed by varsity.
All practiced for today have been cancelled.
To celebrate the 2022 Winter Olympics, 4th-6th graders have been comparing and contrasting the Ancient and Modern Olympics. Of course we had to have some competitions of our own: snowball shot put, curling, and hockey! The kids had a blast. Here are our gold, silver, and bronze medal podium standings for each event. We even had someone earn gold in all three events and our very own Paralympic champion!

Our 7th graders have been busy building bridges in their S.T.E.M. class!
HS Basketball Schedule Update:
Due to possible weather Thursday night and our girls having an opening round district game on Saturday, we are moving our girls game vs Diamond from Thursday up to tomorrow night. Because we are hosting the Junior High Conference Basketball Tournament Wednesday night, we are having to move the girls game to Diamond. It will start at 6:00 pm.
We are currently leaving the boys games as scheduled for Thursday night. If the weather would get bad, we plan to postpone the boys games to Friday night. These games will still be in Lockwood and JV will begin at 6:00 pm. This will be senior night.
Free Sports Physical Announcement/Reminder:
On Friday we handed out physical forms to 6th grade students and above to take home. Tomorrow during the school day we will have our free physical day. For those wanting to participate, just a reminder to bring back the physical forms signed and ready to go tomorrow.

JH/HS Lunch Update
Starting Thursday, 2/17 the cafeteria will resume having cheeseburgers as the second menu choice daily. Students will also be able to purchase a cheeseburger in addition to their meal for $1.50.
A la carte items will also resume as they become available (chips, cookies, etc.). Please be aware you will need to have money in your account to purchase a la-carte items.
